Some Highlights

After receiving an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Brian was a banker for 37 years, half of those as the CEO of two different Napa Valley community banks.  He put his experience managing large staffs and motivating teams to work: advising clients, aspiring business owners, and community leaders on organizational, financial and strategic planning and execution.   Brian now uses his talents to coach small business owners in sustaining and growing their organizations.  He continues to audit classes at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business to keep current on the latest strategic thinking.
